- Registered Email ID
- Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
- Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our team. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Cancellations
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellations will not result in a refund.
- Cancellation of auto-renewals can be managed directly from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Service Termination by RVN Matrimony
If your account is terminated by us due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.
